I'm sure all the Patriarchs will enjoy telling their stories at all the fine dining establishments in the New System. Who will you have to know to get a dinner invitation to sit with Moses, Samson and Noah?

I thought this was a horse---t illustration. In real life the teacher would have the student removed from the classroom so the students who wanted to learn could. If the student continued disrupting the class after they were allowed to return they would be expelled from school.
When I attended grammar school and high school, any student who disrupted the class was thrown in the hallway. If the student continued disrupting the class, they were sent to the Principles office. Detention, suspension and expulsion were used for the disrupting student.
No teacher would ever give the disrupting student a chance to prove that his methods were better than the teacher's.

He makes the rules and he punishes those according to his wants and desires if those roles are violated. It's all his choice.
Exactly! God finds a way to punish Adam and Eve, the whole human race in Noah's Day'( except Noah and his immediate family), the whole human race with diseases and death, but somehow always spares Satan and his demons. MAKES NO SENSE!

Lesson 3.1 | Why Do Suffering and Evil Exist?
In the video you watched earlier, the teacher allowed time for the rebellious student to try to show that his methods were better than those of the teacher. Similarly, Jehovah has allowed thousands of years for humans to try many forms of rulership, but all of these have failed. The Bible shows that the time for human rule is almost over. (Matthew 24:3-8) Slide the circle to change the picture.[?]
For whatever reason, God and Satan are always battling for whose methods are more right. Satan is always the rebellious student. God wagers with Satan over Angels and humans.The book of Job is a prime example of a wager between Satan and God. Job suffers with the loss of his wealth, health and family. God wins the wager because Job remains faithful to God to the very end.Human parents don't battle between their children on whose methods are right or wrong to prove a point. Parents do not let their little children put their hands on top of a burning stove flame just to prove a point. After the first time, parents find a way for that event not ever happen again. What parent would let their children make mistakes over and over again, just to prove that the parents know better?Why does God need to prove a point that his methods are always right? Why would God allow thousands of years of suffering to prove a point? -

Watched 1st WT Video in 30 years!
by Wonderment intoday i watched my 1st wt drama video since 30 years ago when i quit as a jw member.
the strange thing is that i did not choose to start watching this video.
it was my wife who's never been a witness, who started going over the jw.org site, and came across the new videos.

Luke 21: 10-12
10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures (Study Edition)
10 Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation,k and kingdom against kingdom.l 11 There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another food shortages and pestilences;m and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs.
Notice the two different translations. King James Bible and other Bible translations have : fearful sights and great signs shall be from heaven, while the Jehovah's Witness slanted version of their Bible has; fearful sights and from heaven great signs. Talk about manipulation. That is how the Watchtower Society control their members. One word changes the whole meaning of the passage.

Record-Breaking Temperatures Worldwide—What Does the Bible Say?
During July 2022, record-breaking temperatures were reported worldwide:
“China issues highest heat alert for almost 70 cities in second heatwave this month.”—July 25, 2022, CNN Wire Service.
“Forest fires rage across Europe as heatwave sends temperatures soaring.”—July 17, 2022, The Guardian.
“Cities across the United States set temperature records on Sunday as a summer heat wave spread across the East Coast and parts of the South and Midwest.”—July 24, 2022, The New York Times.
What does all this mean? Will the earth eventually become unfit for life? What does the Bible say?
Do heat waves fulfill Bible prophecy?
Yes. Global heat waves fit events that the Bible foretold for our time. For example, Jesus prophesied that we would see “fearful sights,” or “strange and terrifying things.” (Luke 21:11; Good News Translation) Rising global temperatures have led many to fear that mankind will ruin the earth.
Jesus foretold food shortages, earthquakes, pestilences and the increase of lawlessness in the ''end times.'' ( I stopped believing any of this a while ago )
Now comes this article (which tries to fit the Watchtower Society narrative), where Jesus supposedly foretells ''climate change.'' This article states that ''fearful sights'' and ''strange and terrifying things'' could only mean one thing...Jesus predicted Global heat waves.
Talk about reading into things!

11 In the congregation. Elders who are known to keep a confidence are “a hiding place from the wind, a place of concealment” for their brothers. (Isa. 32:2) We know that we can talk freely to these men, certain that what we say to them will be kept confidential. We do not pressure them to tell us things that they should keep private. In addition, we appreciate our elders’ wives because they do not try to pry information out of their husbands. Really, it is a blessing that an elder’s wife is not told personal information about her brothers and sisters. One elder’s wife commented: “I am grateful that my husband keeps information confidential regarding those he meets on shepherding calls or those needing spiritual assistance, not even telling me their names. I appreciate not being burdened with issues I can do nothing about. I am able to interact naturally with all in the congregation. And I can trust that when I confide in my husband about my personal feelings or problems, these too will remain confidential.” Of course, we all want to have the reputation of being trustworthy. What qualities will help us to achieve that goal? Let us consider five of them.
In my old congregation, elder wives were the biggest snitches, big mouths, self-righteous and the most judgmental of all the members. There was a lot of dirt that was thrown around by elder's wives.
Elders were known to tell their wives all the congregation confidential information... how teenager Johnny and teenager Jane were disfellowshipped. We knew Johnny was disfellowshipped because the elders followed him around and watched him come out of a hotel with his ''worldly'' girlfriend. We also found out Jane was having sexual relations with her boyfriend.
Don't believe for a minute one elder's wife said this:
“I am grateful that my husband keeps information confidential regarding those he meets on shepherding calls or those needing spiritual assistance, not even telling me their names. I appreciate not being burdened with issues I can do nothing about. I am able to interact naturally with all in the congregation. And I can trust that when I confide in my husband about my personal feelings or problems, these too will remain confidential.”
